Please take this Bay Survey to help measure clean water behaviors locally

Working with the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, OpinionWorks has developed the first survey tool of its kind in the Chesapeake Bay region, and among the first nationally, that allows advocates to measure clean water behaviors both regionally, and at an extremely local scale.

The survey tool is designed to measure both current penetration rates and future probability of adoption of behaviors related to cover crops, buffer vegetation, rain gardens, rain barrels, pervious surfaces, pet waste, and home fertilizer use.  This penetration and probability survey is a powerful tool when combined with data measuring the clean water impact of these behaviors, improving local advocates' ability to target their outreach resources to behaviors that will achieve the greatest water quality impact.
